We campaign against Human Exploitation: people taken, trafficked and sold every day. We are currently working in Cambodia, DRC and Pakistan.
Giving children in poverty a hope and a future through Orphan Care, Healthcare, Children's Centres and Children's Churches.
Equipping and training leaders, church planters, missionaries and many others around the world to enable them to fulfil God’s call on their lives.
We support missionaries and church planters, providing practical tools to share the gospel with those in unreached communities around the world.
I grew up in Northern Ireland and trained as a primary school teacher. For as long as I can remember I wanted to be a teacher and education has always played a big role in my life. I am passionate about teaching and desire to educate and help people in a way that will make a positive impact on their life and their future.
When I was growing up, I remember visiting missionaries coming to church and when I heard their stories I hoped that God would use me as a missionary one day.
During my teacher studies I had the chance to travel to Asia for the first time. I spent some time serving in China as a teacher and fell in love with the country. Whenever I left China I knew that God had more plans in Asia for me in the future. I first visited Cambodia in 2016. I loved the people that I met and really wanted to return to work alongside the Elim family there. For the past few years I have gone on short term trips to Cambodia. Each time, I have wanted to stay even longer. Last year I served in Cambodia alongside Elim Cambodia for a year and then came back to Northern Ireland and I have just completed the Elim Missions Academy. During this time I have felt God’s leading and direction for me personally and for what he wants me to do when I return to Cambodia.
In Cambodia, I will continue working alongside the Elim Cambodia church. The church is involved in different ministries with a focus on church planting, Be Free Cambodia - which is an organisation that works with women who have been or are at risk of being exploited and the Early Learning Centre which provides childcare for babies up until children of school age. I will be serving and helping with the team there and focusing on a few key areas.
I am excited for my journey in Cambodia to continue and thank God for the opportunity to go and join in His plan and mission for the beautiful people of Cambodia
